Response from Minister on cougar hunting quotas

In response to AWA’s inquiry about the cougar hunt, Minister Loewen responded with the belief that cougar numbers are “unacceptably high,” and that harvest was still within the “acceptable rate.” AWA argues that current evidence fails to support these statements, and would like to see the data behind these statistics.
