Renewable Energy Development on Agricultural Land

Regarding the enacted and proposed restrictions on renewable energy – not applied to other, more harmful industries – AWA sent a letter to the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation outlining our concerns for the lack of scientific basis, ineffectiveness of these restrictions in protecting natural habitats and the clear favoritism to oil and gas.
