Join us for a chance to unwind in nature at the end of the week with psychologist Dr. Rachel Martin. We’ll practice some mindfulness exercises as we enjoy a relaxing sunset hike. Discover what mindfulness means, learn some simple exercises you can practice anywhere, and enjoy the natural beauty of this hidden gem close to the city.
