Today, Benga Mining applied to the Alberta Court of Appeal for permission to appeal the decision by the Alberta Energy Regulator and the Grassy Mountain Joint Review Panel acting in its capacity as the Alberta Energy Regulator. Here’s a link to Benga Mining’s application.
