AWA submitted comments regarding the Environmental Impact Assessment of the Black Bear Power Plant, a new natural gas power plant proposed near Swan Hills. AWA

While we appreciate the consideration given to siting this project within a previously disturbed area and minimizing additional disturbance, AWA cannot support new natural gas infrastructure given the harms caused by fossil fuel and the need to transition towards renewable energy.
