This letter from the AWA to the Minister of Energy and the Minister of Sustainable Resource Development requests that the government reevaluate the permissions granted to coal resource extraction companies in the sensitive and biodiverse region of Caw Ridge. The development further threatens AWA’s goal protect the Kakwa wilderness area.
