This project is situated just outside of the Frank Lake Important Bird Area, and would require 24/7 lighting. AWA wrote to express concerns about the impact of the project on migration, to request downward shielding of lights and precautionary safety procedure that ensure battery fires do not release toxic chemicals into air and water.
