SOLD OUT – AWA Hike: Spring Whaleback

Saturday, June 9, 2018

Whaleback Ridge
$25 members / $50 non-members

With Bob Blaxley and AWA Conservation Specialist, Nick Pink.

The Whaleback, located about 140 km southwest of Calgary, boasts some of the most extensive, least disturbed, and relatively unfragmented area of Montane landscape in Alberta’s Rocky Mountain natural region.

The Whaleback hikes are among our most popular and we request that if you have been on the hike before, you take a place on the wait list to see if others who have not been will want to visit the Whaleback.  We hope you will agree it is good to try and give as many people as possible the chance to see and learn about the vitally unique landscapes we call the Whaleback.  If all places are not filled by two weeks before the hike you will be moved up from the wait list.  Please call the office to be put on the wait list.
