Wander through the coulees and open spaces of this impressive south-eastern Alberta mixed grass prairie.

Sage Creek, located near Manyberries in south-eastern Alberta, is a well-preserved mixed grass prairie environment. In addition to the great diversity of prairie grasses and shrubs, expect to see pronghorn antelope, deer, sharptail grouse and meadowlarks. Wander under the blue dome of the endless prairie sky.
This hike is rated as Easy-to-Moderate, covering approximately 7 kilometres with minimum elevation gain.
